Refund policy

At Proganics, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items meet the criteria outlined below. 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, resealable packaging.
• Products must be in a resalable condition and stored in a cool, dry environment with no signs of contamination.
• Only items purchased directly from proganics.au are eligible for returns.
• Returns are only available for orders delivered within Australia.
• Trial packs, starter packs or items in a starter pack cannot be returned.
• Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

How to Return Your Product

 

1. Contact Us

• • To begin the return process, email us at hello@proganics.au and include the following details:
    • Your order number.
    • A detailed reason for the return.
    • Photos or a video of the product to support your claim.

2. Approval and Return Instructions:

• Once we review your request, we’ll provide you with approval and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Ship Your Return:

• Use a trackable mail service to send your return to the address we provide.
• If the return is due to our error, we will provide a return shipping label or reimburse postage costs.
• For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refund Process

• Upon receipt of your returned product, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions.
• A full refund (less original shipping costs) will be issued to your original method of payment.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after inspection.
• A refund receipt will be emailed to the address used for your original purchase.

What Items Are Returnable?

• Any full-priced Proganics product purchased on our website.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of placing your order.
• Products must meet the return conditions outlined above.
• Trial packs, starter packs or items in a starter pack cannot be returned.

Important Notes

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
• Refunds are not available for products that are opened, used, damaged by the customer, or contaminated.
• Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
• We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns.
