Order a Starter Pack: We recommend beginning with our Starter Pack, which includes a selection of our meal replacement shakes, nutritious breakfast oats, super greens, hearty soups and low-carb bread rolls. How do I know what meals to prepare?

How much weight should I expect to lose?

The amount you lose will depend on factors such as your starting weight, lifestyle and how closely you follow the program.
When following the Proganics programs and maintaining a calorie deficit of at least 500 calories per day, typical results may look like:

Everyday Program – up to 700g per week, ideal for those wanting a gradual and sustainable approach.

Rapid Program – around 1 to 1.2kg per week, for those looking for faster results while still maintaining balance.

Intense Program – approximately 1.2 to 1.5kg per week, a very low-calorie approach designed for short-term use under supervision.

How much exercise do I need to do?

The Proganics 3-2-1 Success weight loss program is designed to work whether you’re just starting out with exercise or already active. The amount of activity you include will depend on your goals, fitness level, and which program level you’re following.

1. Everyday Program
If you're following the Everyday program for gradual weight loss or maintenance, moderate exercise is encouraged to support overall health and wellbeing. This could include activities such as walking, light jogging, yoga, or any form of movement you enjoy.

2. Rapid Program
If you’re on the Rapid program, where two meals per day are replaced, regular exercise can help support your results. We recommend around 30 minutes of moderate activity most days of the week, which could include a mix of cardio and strength training depending on your fitness level.

3. Intense Program
The Intense program is a Very Low Energy Diet (VLED) that replaces all meals. Because calorie intake is lower, it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional before doing intense exercise. Light activity such as walking or gentle stretching is usually appropriate while your body adjusts. As you transition to the Rapid or Everyday program, you can gradually increase your activity.

The key is to choose movement you enjoy and can maintain long term. Exercise should complement your nutrition plan and fit comfortably into your lifestyle.
